Enhance Athletic Performance

What’s the problem with a flat tire? If you said there’s no air in it, your solution may be like your athletic journey. You can’t simply apply any solution, you have to fix the problem. The first step is finding the hole in the tire, so you apply the right solution to fix the problem. Performance assessments are a great way to identify the holes in your tire. Assessments begin with a visual movement screen to determine which additional performance tools will guide your assessment such as Vald ForceDeck Force Plates, Smart Speed Plus, and/or other assessment technology. The start of your peak performance begins by identifying your performance.

I’ve spent years in classrooms, conferences, and workshops and the one thing that provided me with clear insight and understanding has been learning from mentors on both sides of the text book, those who write them and those who live them. The performance education seminars bring real world, real athlete, insights about how the theories and concepts from academia are applied in real time sports. Performance education seminars are designed for university guest lectures, coaches and team development, youth sport development, and individual consultation.

Injuries are nearly unavoidable in sport, but when they happen they can be devastating even for minor injuries. Often athletes are overwhelmed and families are left trying to find the best way forward and return to play doesn’t always mean ready to perform. That’s why it’s important to have someone to talk to about your pathway back to the peak of your game. Don’t worry about the “will I ever be that good again.” Stay informed about what your injury means for recovery, expected time off, how to enhance other areas of your game, and which professionals you should add to your collaborative team to make sure you’re Ready to Perform.
